Chate VPN users can request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

How to request deletion:

1. Email support@chatevpn.shop with the subject Account Deletion Request.
2. Include the email address or username used for your Chate VPN account.
3. Our support team will verify the request and delete eligible account data.

Data deleted: account profile information, login account records, device/session records, VPN subscription status, and app service records associated with the account.

Data that may be retained: payment/top-up records, abuse prevention records, security logs, or records required for legal, tax, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes. Retained records are kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes.

Users may also contact us to request deletion of some personal data without deleting the account, where technically and legally possible.
